Delivery times for custom-made curtains

At Maatwerkgordijnen.nl, we understand that delivery time is a crucial factor when choosing custom-made curtains. Below, you'll find a clear explanation of our delivery times, from placing your order to receiving it at your home.

Confirmation of your order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within one business day. This email contains an overview of the products ordered, selected fabrics, colors, and dimensions.

Production process

Our custom-made curtains are made especially for you in our own workshop. The production process consists of:

Delivery times: 6-9 working days for curtains and 1-2 working days for colour samples.

Transport and delivery

After production is complete, we'll ship your curtains with PostNL. Shipping within the Netherlands usually takes one business day, and within Belgium and Germany, it takes 2–4 business days.

You will automatically receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the shipment from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Changes and cancellations

Since your curtains are custom-made and produced exclusively for you, changes are possible after consultation, depending on the time you contact us. Please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe via info@maatwerkgordijnen.nl or call +31 6 87598745.

Warranty and service

If, after delivery, there's anything unexpectedly wrong with the quality or finish, we're here to help. Please report any damage or discrepancies within 14 days of receipt so we can offer a solution.
