All custom-made products are subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any orders not yet in production can still be adjusted, but it is important that you notify us as soon as possible.

All our custom-made curtains are delivered ready to hang. Curtains are professionally made to measure in our own workshop, complete with pleats, seam allowances, a neat finish, and, of course, adjustable curtain hooks for hanging.

Delivery times for the curtains are always 6 to 9 working days.

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email from our carriers.

This way you are aware of the date on which your order will be delivered.
